Without doubt you will be dazzled by the beauty of the places that surround the district. Banyoles, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa, the charmed forest of the Fageda d'en Jordà, and the routes and GRs that lead to the virgin reservations of the Beuda . . . 

You will be amazed by the cultural and historical riches of the area. Locations where History still breathes with all its vitality like Besalú, Sant Pere of Rodes, Empúries or the castle of Perelada are sparkling examples of this perfectly conserved heritage.
